The BT 8511 all aluminum radiator is an exact fit, OEM replacement for 2005 Country Coach Affinity 770’s with a Caterpillar C13 engine. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core measures 49.75 inches from header to header, 30.625 inches from side to side, and 5.75 inches thick. Aluminum tanks are TIG welded to the core to provide the strongest possible bond and has a 2.25 inch inlet and outlet. Each unit is individually tested prior to shipping and guaranteed to be 100% leak free.
