BT 8510 Recore – Aluminum Country Coach Affinity Motorhome Charge Air Cooler

The BT 8510 Recore all aluminum charge air cooler core recore service allows us to take the existing charge air cooler core from your 1998 Country Coach Affinity Motorhomes and replace the old core with a brand new one. This gives you a like new cooler while also saving you money versus buying an entirely new unit. We will reuse your existing tanks (provided they are in good shape) while still eliminating all points of failure from the existing core. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core measures 50.00 inches from header to header, 24.68 inches from side to side, 2.76 inches thick, and 3.50 inches inside the header. We will TIG weld the aluminum tanks on to the core to ensure the strongest possible bond.
