BT 7702 – Setra Bus Radiator

The BT 7702 all aluminum, heavy duty radiator is an exact fit, OEM replacement for a Setra Bus. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core is built using our most durable heat exchanger design that is capable of withstanding tremendous heat and pressure. Heavy duty extruded tubes are brazed together as one unit without the use of header plates, thereby eliminating thousands of potential failure points. This epoxy-free core has one row of 2.25 inch extruded micro tubes and measures 39.88 inches from header to header, 37.75 inches from side to side, and 2.250 inches thick. Thick wall, U-channel tanks are TIG welded to the core to ensure the strongest possible bond and has a 2.50 inch inlet and outlet. Each unit is individually tested prior to shipping and guaranteed to be 100% leak free.
