BT 7197 Recore – Aluminum Autocar with live PTO box Radiator

The BT 7197 Recore all aluminum radiator recore service allows us to take the existing radiator from your 2010 – 2018 Autocar with live pto boxs and replace the old core with a brand new one. This gives you a like new cooler while also saving you money versus buying an entirely new unit. We will reuse your existing tanks (provided they are in good shape) while still eliminating all points of failure from the existing core. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core measures 36.125 inches from header to header, 34.625 inches from side to side, and 2.25 inches thick. We will TIG weld the aluminum tanks on to the core to ensure the strongest possible bond.
