BT 5178 – Aluminum Sullair 825 cfm Portable Air Compressor Oil Cooler

The all aluminum BT 5178 oil cooler is an exact fit, OEM replacement for Sullair 825 cfm portable air compressors. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, this unit is built using our ultimate duty C-Bar design that is capable of withstanding tremendous heat and pressure. The core is built using solid, extruded tubes and measures 43.25 inches from tank to tank, 40.125 inches from side to side, and 2.25 inches thick. Aluminum tanks are TIG welded directly to the core without the use of header plates to ensure the strongest possible bond and eliminate numerous failure points. Both the inlet and outlet are 1.50 inch NPT fittings.
