The BT 5140 is an all aluminum oil cooler designed as an exact fit, OEM replacement for John Deere 700 Crawler Dozers. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core is built using our heaviest duty heat exchanger design that is capable of withstanding tremendous heat and pressure. The core measures 39.00 inches from tank to tank, 11.42 inches from side to side, and 4.50 inches thick. All aluminum tanks are TIG welded directly to the core to provide the strongest possible bond. There are two #10 and two #16 O-ring boss fittings on the tanks.
