BT 5092 – Aluminum Gardner Denver 25 HP Air Compressor Oil Cooler

The all aluminum BT 2423574 heavy duty oil cooler is an exact fit, OEM replacement for Gardner Denver 25HP air compressors. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core is built using our most durable heat exchanger design that is capable of withstanding tremendous heat and pressure. Solid, extruded tubes are brazed together as one unit without the use of header plates, thereby eliminating thousands of potential failure points. The core measures 19.00 inches from tank to tank, 19.50 inches from side to side, and 2.25 inches thick. Thick wall, U-channel tanks are TIG welded to the core to ensure the strongest possible bond and have a 1.00 NPT and a 0.75 NPT fittings for both the inlets and outlets. Each unit is individually tested prior to shipping and guaranteed to be 100% leak free.
