BT 1341 – Aluminum Komatsu D65PX-15EO Crawler Dozer Charge Air Cooler

The BT 1341 all aluminum, heavy duty charge air cooler is an exact fit, OEM replacement for Komatsu D65PX-15EO crawler dozers. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core is built using our most durable heat exchanger design that is capable of withstanding tremendous heat and pressure. Solid, extruded tubes are brazed together as one unit without the use of header plates, thereby eliminating thousands of potential failure points. The core measures 37.625 inches from tank to tank, 12.5625 inches from side to side, and 5.50 inches thick. Thick wall, U-channel tanks are TIG welded to the core to ensure the strongest possible bond and have a 2.50 inch inlet and outlet. Each unit is individually tested prior to shipping and guaranteed to be 100% leak free.
