The BT 1203 all aluminum charge air cooler is an exact fit, OEM replacement for Komatsu WA800-3EO Wheel Loaders, Komatsu WA900-3EO Wheel Loaders, Terexs and Toyos. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core measures 45.38 inches from header to header, 28.8 inches from side to side, and 2.559 inches thick. Aluminum tanks are TIG welded to the core to provide the strongest possible bond. Each unit is individually tested prior to shipping and guaranteed to be 100% leak free.
