The BT 1136M all aluminum charge air cooler is an exact fit, OEM replacement for Navistar International Class 6 Trucks, Navistar International 3000 Series Trucks, Navistar International 4000 Series Trucks, 1994 – 1999 Navistar International 4900 Series Trucks and Navistar International S Lines. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core measures 22.82 inches from header to header, 12.56 inches from side to side, and 2.76 inches thick. Aluminum tanks are TIG welded to the core to provide the strongest possible bond and has a 3 inch inlet and outlet. Each unit is individually tested prior to shipping and guaranteed to be 100% leak free.
