The BT 1129 all aluminum charge air cooler is an exact fit, OEM replacement for 1991 – 1993 Blue Bird 9670 Series Trucks with a variety of engine configurations, 1991 – 1993 Blue Bird 9700 Series Bus with a variety of engine configurations, Navistar International 9300 Series Trucks with a variety of engine configurations, Navistar International 9670 Series Trucks with a variety of engine configurations and Navistar International 9700 Series Trucks with a variety of engine configurations. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core measures 27 inches from header to header, 19.49 inches from side to side, and 2.76 inches thick. Aluminum tanks are TIG welded to the core to provide the strongest possible bond and has a 4 inch inlet and outlet. Each unit is individually tested prior to shipping and guaranteed to be 100% leak free.
