The all aluminum BT 1124C charge air cooler is an exact fit, OEM replacement for Blue Bird and Volvo school buses. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy free core measures 29.00 inches from tank to tank, 22.95 inches from side to side, and 2.76 inches thick. Aluminum tanks are TIG wleded to the core and have a 4 inch inlet and outlet.
