The BT 1123S recore service allows us to replace the existing core in your Volvo charge air cooler with a brand new one. As long as your tanks are in good shape, this can save you money over buying a brand new unit. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy free core measures 38.5 inches from header to header, 26.41 inches from side to side, and 2.76 inches thick. It is designed for units with a 3 inch inlet and outlet on tanks and positioned as pictured in the product image.
