The all aluminum BT 1122 is an exact fit, OEM replacement charge air cooler for a variety of Volvo trucks. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy free core measures 19.00 inches from tank to tank, 34.21 inches from side to side, and 2.76 inches thick. Aluminum tanks are TIG welded directly to the core and have a 4.00 inch inlet and outlet.
