The all aluminum BT 1121F flanged charge air cooler is an exact fit, OEM replacement for 1992-1997 Tor and Volvo WX series trucks. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core measures 22.38 inches from header to header, 21.22 inches from side to side, and 2.76 inches thick. Aluminum tanks are TIG welded to the core and have a flanged inlet and outlet. Each unit is individually tested prior to shipping and guaranteed to be 100% leak free.
