The BT 1112I all aluminum charge air cooler fits a 2008 – 20012 Kentworth T800 high hoods. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core measures 47.25 inches from header to header, 30.74 inches from side to side, 2.21 inches thick, and 3.00 inches inside the header. We will TIG weld the aluminum tanks on to the core to ensure the strongest possible bond.
