FOR 4091 – Aluminum Ford Radiator

The all aluminum FOR 4091 radiator is an exact fit, OEM replacement for both 1978-1979 Ford Broncos with a 5.0 or 5.8 L V8 engine and 1974-1977 Ford F-Series pickup trucks with a 5.0 or 5.8 L V8 engine. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core uses two rows of one inch tubes and measures 18.00 inches from header to header, 23.67 inches from side to side, 2.25 inches thick, and 2.50 inches inside the header. Aluminum tanks are TIG welded to the core to provide the strongest possible bond and have a 1.50 inch inlet and a 1.75 inch outlet. Each unit is individually tested prior to shipping and guaranteed to be 100% leak free.
