The FOR 4078 all aluminum radiator is an exact fit, OEM replacement for 1962 – 1964 Ford Fairlanes with a variety of engine configurations, 1966 Ford Fairlanes with a 289 cu in. (4.7 Liter) engine, 1966 Ford Falcons with a 289 cu in. (4.7 Liter) engine, 1964 – 1966 Ford Galaxies with a variety of engine configurations and 1964 – 1966 Ford LTD Sedans with a variety of engine configurations. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core measures 17.00 inches from header to header, 19.87 inches from side to side, and 2.25 inches thick. Aluminum tanks are TIG welded to the core to provide the strongest possible bond and has a 1.5 inch inlet and a 1.75 inch outlet. Each unit is individually tested prior to shipping and guaranteed to be 100% leak free.
