BT 5197 – Aluminum Komatsu Oil Cooler

The all aluminum BT 5197 heavy duty oil cooler is an exact fit, OEM replacement for Komatsu PC200-5 and PC200LC-5 hydraulic excavators. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core is built using our heaviest duty heat exchanger design that is capable of withstanding tremendous heat and pressure. Solid, extruded tubes are brazed as one solid unit without the use of header plates thereby eliminating thousands of potential failure points. The core measures 31.25 inches from tank to tank, 30.25 inches from side to side, and 2.25 inches thick. Thick walled, U-channel tanks are TIG welded directly to the core to ensure the strongest possible bond and increased durability. Each unit is individually tested prior to shipping and guaranteed to be 100% leak free.
