BT 5194 – Aluminum Volvo Motor Grader Oil Cooler

The all aluminum BT 5194 heavy duty oil cooler is an exact fit, OEM replacement for Volvo motor graders. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core is built using our heaviest duty heat exchanger design that is capable of withstanding tremendous heat and pressure. Solid, extruded tubes are brazed as one unit without the use of header plates, eliminating thousands of potential failure points. The core measures 22.125 inches from tank to tank, 11.375 inches from side to side, and 4.50 inches thick. Aluminum tanks are TIG welded to the core and have a #16 O-ring boss fitting for both the inlet and outlet. Each unit is individually tested prior to shipping and guaranteed to be 100% leak free.
