BT 5193 – Aluminum Komatsu Oil Cooler

The all aluminum BT 5193 heavy duty oil cooler is an exact fit, OEM replacement for Komatsu PC450LC-8 hydraulic excavators. Please note that this model of equipment uses three separate oil coolers when shipped from the factory; however, one (1) BT 5193 replaces all three of the original oil coolers. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core uses our heaviest duty heat exchanger design that is capable of withstanding tremendous heat and pressure. Solid, extruded tubes are brazed together as one unit without the use of header plates thereby eliminating thousands of potential failure points. The core measures 38.625 inches from tank to tank, 19.50 inches from side to side, and 6.30 inches thick. Thick wall, U-channel tanks are TIG welded to the core to ensure the strongest possible bond. Each unit is individually tested prior to shipping and guaranteed to be 100% leak free.
