BT 5192 – Aluminum Monaco Safari Cheetah Motorhome Oil Cooler

The all aluminum BT 5192 heavy duty oil cooler is an exact fit, OEM replacement for 2004 Monaco Safari Cheetah RV\’s with a CAT 4932 engine. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core is built using our heaviest duty heat exchanger design that is capable of withstanding tremendous heat and pressure. Solid, extruded tubes are brazed together as one unit without the use of header plates, eliminating thousands of potential failure points. The core measures 20.25 inches from tank to tank, 11.75 inches from side to side, and 1.00 inches thick. Aluminum tanks are TIG welded directly to the core and have a #12 O-ring boss fitting for both the inlet and outlet. Each unit is individually tested prior to shipping and guaranteed to be 100% leak free.
