BT 5188 – Aluminum John Deere 850C Crawler Dozer Oil Cooler

The all aluminum BT 5188 ultimate heavy duty oil cooler is an exact fit, OEM replacement for John Deere 850C crawler dozers. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core is built using our most durable heat exchanger design that is capable of withstanding tremendous heat and pressure. This C-Bar design uses solid, extruded tubes and eliminates the header plates which minimizes the number of potential failure points. The core measures 27.25 inches from tank to tank, 24.375 inches from side to side and 5.50 inches thick. Aluminum tanks with a U-shaped interior and extra-thick walls are TIG welded directly to the core to ensure the strongest possible bond.
