BT 5185 – Aluminum Vermeer Trencher Oil Cooler

The all aluminum BT 5185 heavy duty oil cooler is designed as an exact fit, OEM replacement for Veneer trenchers. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core is built using our heaviest duty heat exchanger design that is capable of withstanding tremendous heat and pressure. The header-less core has solid, extruded tubes with U-channel tanks TIG welded directly to the core. Thousands of potential failure points are eliminated since there are no header plates used. The core measures 26.00 inches from tank to tank, 7.49 inches from side to side, and 2.25 inches thick. The unit has a #12 O-ring boss fitting for both the inlet and outlet.
