BT 5180 – Aluminum Komatsu PC60 Excavator Oil Cooler

The all aluminum BT 5180 heavy duty oil cooler is an exact fit, OEM replacement for Komatsu PC60 excavators. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core is built using our heaviest duty heat exchanger design that is capable of withstanding tremendous heat and pressure. Using solid extruded tubes and no header plates, the core measures 19.00 inches from tank to tank, 19.125 inches from side to side, and 2.25 inches thick. Aluminum tanks with a U-shaped interior are TIG welded directly to the core ensuring the strongest possible bond and durability.
