BT 5170 – Aluminum Ingersoll Rand Air Compressor Oil Cooler

The all aluminum BT 5170 is an exact fit, OEM replacement oil cooler for Ingersoll Rand air compressors. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, this unit is built using our heaviest duty design that is capable of withstanding tremendous heat and pressure. The core is built using solid extruded tubes and measures 33.75 inches from tank to tank, 32.74 inches from side to side, and 2.25 inches thick. In order to eliminate as many failure points as possible, the tanks are TIG welded directly to the header-less core ensuring the strongest possible bond. Both the inlet and outlet are 1.50 NPT fittings.
