BT 5169 – Aluminum Komatsu PC138USLC-8 Hydraulic Excavator Oil Cooler

The all aluminum BT 5169 oil cooler is an exact fit, OEM replacement for Komatsu PC138USLC-8 hydraulic excavators. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core is built using our heaviest duty heat exchanger design that is capable of withstanding tremendous heat and pressure. The core uses solid extruded tubes and measures 28.875 inches from tank to tank, 11.50 inches from side to side, and 4.50 inches thick. No header plate is used in the construction, so the aluminum tanks are TIG welded directly to the core thereby eliminating numerous failure points and ensuring a solid construction design that will out perform any other on the market.
