BT 5165 – Aluminum Komatsu PC290-LC Hydraulic Excavator Oil Cooler

The all aluminum BT 5165 is an exact fit, OEM replacement oil cooler for Komatsu PC290-LC hydraulic excavators. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core is manufactured using our heaviest duty heat exchanger design that is capable of withstanding tremendous heat and pressure. Using solid extruded tubes, the core measures 39.75 inches from tank to tank, 14.50 inches from side to side, and 6.30 inches thick. Aluminum tanks with extra thick walls and a rounded interior (to handle higher pressures) and TIG welded directly to the core without using a header. These details eliminate thousands of failure points in traditional bar-and-plate style oil coolers.
