BT 5131 – Aluminum Quincy Oil Cooler

The BT 5131 is an all aluminum oil cooler designed as an exact fit, OEM replacement for Quincy 50hp Air Compressors. Using our most durable core design, we manufacture this heavy duty oil cooler using controlled atmosphere brazing which eliminates the need for epoxy. The core measures 31.50 inches from tank to tank, 28.25 inches from side to side, and 2.25 inches thick. Aluminum tanks are TIG welded directly to the core to ensure it can withstand extreme heat and pressure. The unit has two 1.5 inch NPT fittings and three #16 O-ring boss fittings.
