BT 5087 – Aluminum Dresser and Galion Oil Cooler

The BT 32911452 all aluminum, heavy duty oil cooler is an exact fit, OEM replacement for 1985 Dresser A550 Motor Graders and Galion Motor Graders. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core is built using our most durable heat exchanger design that is capable of withstanding tremendous heat and pressure. Solid, extruded tubes are brazed together as one unit without the use of header plates, thereby eliminating thousands of potential failure points. The core measures 29.75 inches from tank to tank, 9.18 inches from side to side, and 4.50 inches thick. Thick wall, U-channel tanks are TIG welded to the core to ensure the strongest possible bond and has a # 16 Male AN Fitting inlet and a #16 Male AN Fitting outlet. Each unit is individually tested prior to shipping and guaranteed to be 100% leak free.
