BT 5051 – Kobelco 7080 Crawler Crane Oil Cooler

The BT 5051 all aluminum, heavy duty oil cooler is a replacement for a Kobelco 7080 Crawler Crane. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core is built using our most durable heat exchanger design that is capable of withstanding tremendous heat and pressure. Solid, extruded tubes are brazed together as one unit without the use of header plates, thereby eliminating thousands of potential failure points. The core measures 37.75 inches from tank to tank, 29.75 inches from side to side, and, 4.50 inches thick. Thick wall, U-channel tanks are TIG welded to the core to ensure the strongest possible bond and has an 2.3750 inlet and outlet. Each unit is individually tested prior to shipping and guaranteed to be 100% leak free.
