BT 5019 – Komatsu Demag H285 Oil Cooler

The BT 5019 all aluminum, heavy duty hydraulic oil cooler is an exact fit, OEM replacement for a Komatsu Demag H285. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core is built using our most durable heat exchanger design that is capable of withstanding tremendous heat and pressure. Solid, extruded tubes are brazed together as one unit without the use of header plates, thereby eliminating thousands of potential failure points. The core measures 47.75 inches from tank to tank, 59.50 inches from side to side, and, 6.300 inches thick. Thick wall, U-channel tanks are TIG welded to the core to ensure the strongest possible bond. Each unit is individually tested prior to shipping and guaranteed to be 100% leak free.
