BT 1384 Recore-Volvo L70 Charge Air Cooler

The BT 1384 Recore all aluminum charge air cooler service allows us to take the existing charge air cooler unit from your Volvo L70 and replace the old core with a brand new one. This gives you a like new cooler while also saving you money versus buying an entirely new unit. We will reuse your existing tanks (provided they are in good shape) while still eliminating all points of failure from the existing core. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core measures 30.38 inches from header to header, 9.47 inches from side to side, and 4.055 inches thick. We will TIG weld the aluminum tanks on to the core to ensure the strongest possible bond.
