The BT 1311 is a recore service for Komatsu HD465-7EO Dump Truck charge air coolers. This allows us to take your existing unit, put a brand new, OEM spec\’d core in it, re-use your tanks, and provide you a high quality, like-new charge air cooler. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the core measures 33.38 inches from header to header, 50.62 inches from side to side, 2.559 inches thick, and 3.125 inches inside the header. Your existing tanks will be TIG welded to the core and pressure tested prior to shipping the unit back to you.
