The all aluminum BT 1216 charge air cooler is an exact fit, OEM replacement for 2002 Monaco motorhomes. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core measures 36.50 inches from header to header, 13.42 inches from side to side, and 2.76 inches thick. Aluminum tanks are TIG welded to the core and have a 3.50 inch inlet and outlet. Each unit is individually tested prior to shipping and guaranteed to be 100% leak free.
