The BT 1171B EX all aluminum charge air cooler is an exact fit, OEM replacement for 2003 – 2007 Dodge Ram Pickup Trucks with a Cummins 5.9 Liter engine and 2007 – 2008 Dodge Ram Pickup Trucks with a Cummins 6.7 Liter engine. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core measures 27.625 inches from header to header, 24.31 inches from side to side, and 2.25 inches thick. Aluminum tanks are TIG welded to the core to provide the strongest possible bond and has a 3 inch inlet and outlet. Each unit is individually tested prior to shipping and guaranteed to be 100% leak free.
