The BT 1143 all aluminum charge air cooler is an exact fit, OEM replacement for 2016 Western Star 4700 trucks. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core measures 37.875 inches from header to header, 19.49 inches from side to side, and 1.63 inches thick. Aluminum tanks are TIG welded to the core to provide the strongest possible bond and have a 3.00 inch inlet and outlet. Each unit is individually tested prior to shipping and guaranteed to be 100% leak free.
