BT 1138 – Aluminum International Charge Air Cooler

The all aluminum BT 1138 International charge air cooler is an exact fit, OEM replacement for 2004 to 2009 International 5500i, 5600i and 5900i series trucks. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy free core measures 25.25 inches from tank to tank, 18.17 inches from sid eto side, 4.055 inches thick, and 4.50 inches wide inside the header. Aluminum tanks are TIG welded to the core and have a 4.00 inch inlet and outlet.
