The BT 1137D all aluminum charge air cooler is an exact fit, OEM replacement for 2006 Navistar International 4300\’s. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core measures 27.75 inches from header to header, 10.04 inches from side to side, and 4.055 inches thick. Aluminum tanks are TIG welded to the core to provide the strongest possible bond. Each unit is individually tested prior to shipping and guaranteed to be 100% leak free.
