The BT 1137C all aluminum charge air cooler is an exact fit, OEM replacement for Navistar International ProStar Eagles. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core measures 39.75 inches from header to header, 11.5 inches from side to side, and 4.055 inches thick. Aluminum tanks are TIG welded to the core to provide the strongest possible bond. Each unit is individually tested prior to shipping and guaranteed to be 100% leak free.
