The BT 1134 all aluminum charge air cooler is an exact fit, OEM replacement for 1994 – 1999 Navistar International 8200 Series Trucks, 1998 – 2003 Navistar International 9100 Series Trucks, 1998 – 2003 Navistar International 9100i Eagle Trucks, 1997 – 2003 Navistar International 9200 Series Trucks, 1997 – 2003 Navistar International 9200i Eagle Trucks, 1997 – 2006 Navistar International 9400 Series Trucks, 1997 – 2006 Navistar International 9400i Series Trucks, 1997 – 2007 Navistar International 9900 Series Trucks, 1997 – 2007 Navistar International 9900i Series Trucks and 1997 – 2007 Navistar International 9900ix Series Trucks. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core measures 41.25 inches from header to header, 24.68 inches from side to side, and 1.63 inches thick. Aluminum tanks are TIG welded to the core to provide the strongest possible bond and has a 4 inch inlet and outlet. Each unit is individually tested prior to shipping and guaranteed to be 100% leak free.
