BT 1131C – Navistar International Charge Air Cooler

The BT 1131C all aluminum charge air cooler is an exact fit, OEM replacement for Navistar International Truck (Chassis)s, Navistar International FedEx Step Vans, Navistar International MT35 Step Vans, Navistar International MT45 Step Vans, Navistar International MT55 Step Vans and Navistar International UPS Step Vans. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core measures 23 inches from header to header, 23.82 inches from side to side, and 1.63 inches thick. Aluminum tanks are TIG welded to the core to provide the strongest possible bond and has a 3.5 inch inlet and outlet. Each unit is individually tested prior to shipping and guaranteed to be 100% leak free.
