BT 1127C C-Bar – Aluminum Ford Charge Air Cooler

The BT 1127C C-Bar all aluminum, heavy duty charge air cooler is an exact fit, OEM replacement for 2004 – 2005 Ford Excursions with a 6.0 Liter Power Stroke engine, 2004 Ford F250\’s with a 6.0 Liter Power Stroke engine, 2004 Ford F350\’s with a 6.0 Liter Power Stroke engine, 2004 – 2007 Ford F450\’s with a 6.0 Liter Power Stroke engine and 2004 – 2007 Ford F550\’s with a 6.0 Liter Power Stroke engine. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core is built using our most durable heat exchanger design that is capable of withstanding tremendous heat and pressure. Solid, extruded tubes are brazed together as one unit without the use of header plates, thereby eliminating thousands of potential failure points. The core measures 26.00 inches from tank to tank, 21.17 inches from side to side, and 3.15 inches thick. Thick wall, U-channel tanks are TIG welded to the core to ensure the strongest possible bond and has a 3.00 inch inlet and outlet. Each unit is individually tested prior to shipping and guaranteed to be 100% leak free.
