The BT 1127A CB all aluminum charge air cooler is an exact fit, OEM replacement for 1993 – 2003 Ford Excursions with a 7.3 Liter Power Stroke Diesel engine, 1993 – 2003 Ford F250 Super Dutys with a 7.3 Liter Power Stroke Diesel engine, 1993 – 2003 Ford F350 Super Dutys with a 7.3 Liter Power Stroke Diesel engine, 1993 – 2003 Ford F450 Super Dutys with a 7.3 Liter Power Stroke Diesel engine and 1993 – 2003 Ford F550 Super Dutys with a 7.3 Liter Power Stroke Diesel engine. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core measures 30.63 inches from header to header, 17.96 inches from side to side, and 2.375 inches thick. Aluminum tanks are TIG welded to the core to provide the strongest possible bond and has a 3 inch inlet and outlet. Each unit is individually tested prior to shipping and guaranteed to be 100% leak free.
