The BT 1125H all aluminum charge air cooler is an exact fit, OEM replacement for Fords. The core measures 22.50 inches from header to header, 24.6250 inches from side to side, and 2 inches thick. Has a 3-inch inlet and a 3.25-inch outlet. Each unit is individually tested prior to shipping and guaranteed to be 100% leak free.
