BT 1124B – Volvo WG Series Charge Air Cooler

The all aluminum BT 1124B Volvo charge air cooler is designed as an exact fit, OEM replacement for WG series trucks. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy free core measures 34.75 inches from tank to tank, 26.41 inches from side to side, and 2.21 inches thick. Aluminum tanks are TIG welded to the core and have a 4 inch inlet and outlet.
