The BT 1123G recore service allows us to replace the existing core in your Volvo charge air cooler with an all new, OEM matched core. As long as your existing tanks are in good shape, this can save you money over buying a brand new unit. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy free core measures 34.25 inches from header to header, 24.89 inches from side to side, and 2.76 inches thick. It is designed for units with a flanged inlet and outlet on the tanks and positioned as pictured in the product image.
