The all aluminum BT 1123D is an exact fit, OEM replacement Volvo charge air cooler for VN series trucks. Manufactured in the USA using the latest in aluminum brazing technology, the epoxy free core measures 34.25 inches from tank to tank, 35.94 inches from side to side, and 2.21 inches thick. Aluminum tanks are TIG welded to the core and have a 4 inch inlet and outlet.
