The all aluminum BT 1123BF charge air cooler is an exact fit, OEM replacement for Volvo trucks. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy free core measures 34.75 inches from tank to tank, 29.01 inches from side to side, and 2.21 inches thick. Aluminum tanks are TIG welded to the core and have flanged connections.
