The all aluminum BT 1123B charge air cooler is an exact fit, OEM replacement for Volvo trucks. Manufactured in the USA using the latest in aluminum brazing technology, the 100% epoxy free core measures 34.75 inches from tank to tank, 29.01 inches from side to side, and 2.21 inches thick. Aluminum tanks are TIG welded to the core and have a 4.00 inch inlet and outlet.
